Nicolas J. Echevestre

Nic Echevestre handles all aspects of employment and business litigation.  He has represented both large and small businesses in a wide range of employment and complex business disputes, including successfully defending his clients against claims of discrimination, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark infringement, breach of fiduciary duties, and breach of contract.  Nic has achieved favorable results for his clients both through out-of-court settlements and through in-court litigation.

Nic graduated from Columbia Law School in 2010.  Prior to joining Greene & Roberts LLP, he worked at Cooley LLP for eight years as an associate in the Securities Litigation Practice Group.  Nic left Cooley LLP to become Of Counsel at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, where he was a member of the Commercial Litigation Group.

In addition to practicing law, Nic is actively involved with the Columbia Alumni Association of San Diego and is a member of the Board of Directors.  He is also passionate about providing pro bono legal services and has won multiple awards for that service, including the Pro Bono Publico Award from Casa Cornelia Law Center.
